The Sea Creature

Taken at the Tsukiji Fish market in Tokyo. Tsukiji market is the biggest fish and vegetable market in the world.

Shrimp or Prawn?
There is often confusion regarding the difference between a shrimp and a prawn. In shrimps the side plate of the second segment of the abdomen overlaps the segments in front and behind. In Prawns all the abdominal side plates overlapping tile-like from the front.

Most likely this photo is of a shrimp.

Sarahan

This is the famous Bhimakali Temple in Sarahan. The Bhimakali Temple is made of wood and stone, and the sculpture of Bhimakali Temple is very beautiful. Sarahan is a small village in Himachal Pradesh, and Sarahan is a famous tourist spot in the Tribal Himachal Tourist Circuit.

The fishing Net

Clicked at Digha, the most popular sea resort of West Bengal in the morning. These fishermen were busy managing their fishing net.

Bedhaghat

Clicked at Bedhaghat near Jabalpur with a slow shutter speed. It is popularly called the Dhuadhar falls. It is located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Singling

The best accommodation in upper Singling. Dhusan arranges homestay in this place, Singling, a small village in West Sikkim. There is a old and forgotten trail from Barsey or Versey Rhododendron Sanctuary to upper Singling.

Bindu, a small village in Bhutan Border

This is Jaldhaka Hydrel Project located at Bindu. Bindu is a small village in the Bhutan border. Some homestay and hotels are there for night stay. A small hamlet in Dooars, North Bengal, this can be ideal place to relax and to communicate with the local people. This is a army base.
From here one can go to Suntaleykhola, Jhalong View Point, Chapramari, Gorumara, Murti, in fact any location of Dooars.

Laliguras, sight seeing in Dooars

This is a popular sight seeing spot from Suntaleykhola, local people called it Laliguras. There is a view point here, from which a beautiful landscape of river and tea garden and mountain can be seen. This is a good sight seeing spot in North Bengal.

Narmada Udgam Mandir, Amarkantak

This is the Narmada Udgam Mandir at Amarkantak. It is the source of river Narmada. A holy place for Hindu, and a calm and quiet place for tourists from all over the world. It is particularly good in the tourist circuit of Jabalpur, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Amarkantak, Achanakmar.

Achanakmar is a great place to spot wildlife, mainly wild buffalow, a secluded place, not at all touristy and there are accommodations available near the forest.

Hanging Bridge at Suntaleykhola

This is the famous hanging bridge or suspension bridge at Suntaleykhola. The place is in North Bengal, Dooars region. Well connected by road from New Jalpaiguri station. The nearest railway station is New Mal Jn. There is a good accommodation at this place run by WBFDC, called Suntaleykhola Wilderness Camp. There are some cottage style accommodation. Also few Tent style accommodations are located there in a separate place which is also run by WBFDC.

Suntaleykhola Wilderness Camp, WBFDC

This is the Wilderness Camp of WBFDC at Suntaleykhola. A narrow river is flowing beside it, making a beautiful sound all day long. It is particularly the most splendid during monsoon.

The Mysterious Sea creature

Taken at the sea beach of Digha, India, this mysterious creature (not sure about its species) was caught from deep sea in fish net and was dead when I found it.
