The Three Monkeys

In the Toshogu Shrine of Nikko, Japan there are some sculptures of THREE MONKEYS reflecting different aspects of our life. From Childhood to Death it depicts a nice pictures through the story of three monkeys. The story of Three Monkeys is very popular attraction in the whole Nikko.

This is the holy lantern Japanese used in the temples. This photo was taken in Asakusa temple, at the entrance. Asakusa temple is one of most popular travel destination in Japan.

Sarahan

This is the famous Bhimakali Temple in Sarahan. The Bhimakali Temple is made of wood and stone, and the sculpture of Bhimakali Temple is very beautiful. Sarahan is a small village in Himachal Pradesh, and Sarahan is a famous tourist spot in the Tribal Himachal Tourist Circuit.

Narmada Udgam Mandir, Amarkantak

This is the Narmada Udgam Mandir at Amarkantak. It is the source of river Narmada. A holy place for Hindu, and a calm and quiet place for tourists from all over the world. It is particularly good in the tourist circuit of Jabalpur, Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Amarkantak, Achanakmar.

Achanakmar is a great place to spot wildlife, mainly wild buffalow, a secluded place, not at all touristy and there are accommodations available near the forest.

Kushinagar

The lying Budha at Kushinagar is a special place for Budhists. The place is near Gorakhpur. This photo was taken by my mobile cam during my visit to Kushinagar last year.

This picture was taken at Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh in India. This holy place is believed to be the source of the river Narmada,

Jantar Mantar

Taken at Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh in India, this picture is of four-headed God Bramha. The place, Jantar Mantar, houses some beautiful and big statues. Due to totally pollution free environment the sky looks exceptionally well at this place.
